Founded and operated a private show barn at El Capitan Ranch at age 18. Coached students and horses to numerous wins and championships throughout Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties. Achievements included Gold Coast Series, LAHSA, SFVHSA, and SBCRC Hunter and Equitation Championships.

Started and developed young horses in collaboration with Chip Lawson, taking horses through their first showing experiences prior to sale. Worked extensively with problem horses addressing behavioral, temperamental, and medically influenced performance challenges.
Broadened training through continued riding and instruction with Julie Corlett (USDF Silver & Bronze Medalist), Carol Wright (Grand Prix rider, Melodic Farms), and Jill Humphrey & Rudy Leone (Leone Equestrians Inc., Sacramento, CA). Assisted with training, client instruction, and sale horse presentation for multiple successful show barns.
Relocated to Northern California in 2009. Assisted in training at Melodic Farms under Carol Wright. In 2010, worked with Jill Humphrey & Rudy Leone at Leone Equestrians Inc., instructing clients, schooling show horses, catch-rode consignment and client horses, and competing at schooling through A-rated shows, with numerous wins.
Continued freelance riding, training, rehabilitation support, and equestrian consulting. Expanded consulting into interdisciplinary health, rehabilitation, and lifestyle domains, working with health practitioners, scientists, and patients. Focus areas include epigenetics, environmental health, psychology, and performance sustainability.
